Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said the allegation is based on an affidavit by Detective Laquincia Smith of the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Alexander said Tucker has a history of thefts dating back to 2001 with the most recent in 2011. He was told to come back to court Aug. 26.
