Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said on Tuesday at 2:45 a.m., police were sent to 4600 Dollarway Road, Room 202, in response to a battery report.

Akel said Wesley has four prior felony convictions and one charge pending.

He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court May 28.
