UAPB Athletics: UAPB Celebrates The Letter “A” Club’s Generous Support of Athletics Banquet
PINE BLUFF, AR.- The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Athletic Department is proud to recognize The Letter “A” Club for their generous contribution of $3,000 as a Slam Dunk Sponsor of this year’s Athletics Banquet, an event dedicated to celebrating the excellence of our student-athletes.
The Letter “A” Club’s support plays a key role in helping the Athletic Department host this special evening, which honors student-athletes who have demonstrated outstanding performance in the classroom during the 2024–2025 academic year. Their sponsorship directly contributes to event programming, student recognition, and awards.
“The Letter ‘A’ Club has always been an incredible advocate for our student-athletes, and we are truly grateful for their Slam Dunk sponsorship,” said Chris Robinson, Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. “This banquet is about recognizing the dedication and discipline it takes to succeed both athletically and academically — and their support helps us do that in a meaningful way.”
The Athletics Banquet is scheduled for Monday, April 28, and will include dinner, a keynote speaker, and an awards ceremony recognizing student-athletes from all varsity sports who have excelled in both their sport and their studies.
The Athletic Department extends its deepest thanks to The Letter “A” Club for their continued investment in the success of UAPB student-athletes on the field, in the classroom, and beyond.
