During the court hearing, Deputy Prosecutor Ty Spradlin said at about 3:40 p.m. Sunday, sheriff’s investigators were notified that shots had been fired at a vehicle on Huntley Road.

Spradlin went on to say this.

Childress was not interviewed because he was under the influence of marijuana. He was ordered to come back to court May 21.
