Multiple people are safe after two boats capsized Sunday afternoon in the Arkansas River.
According to Deltaplex News sources the first boat capsized near Tar Camp Park, which is located near Redfield.
Additionally, a rescue boat also capsized, with those on board also being recovered safely. High winds are believed to have led to both boat’s capsizing.
Two people were in the first boat that capsized, while Deltaplex News is told only one person was in the rescue boat.
