An Arkansas couple, Justin and Deja Rollins, have been sentenced to 70 years in prison following their conviction on charges related to the deaths of their children due to child abuse.

The Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney, Will Jones, announced that they were found guilty of two counts of Murder in the Second Degree and one count of Domestic Battery in the First Degree.

The case unfolded after the Little Rock Police Department arrested the couple for leaving their children in a hot vehicle parked outside Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
