During a court hearing Wednesday, Deputy Prosecutor Shana Alexander said on Monday, police were sent to Two Brothers One Stop at 2125 S. Blake St., in response to a reported armed disturbance.

Alexander then explained what happened, based on an affidavit by Detective Boykin.

She said police did catch Tisdale and when he was questioned, told police Green had told him to run before she opened the front door.

A $5,000 bond was set for Green after Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth ruled prosecutors had probable cause to charge her with hindering apprehension.

Bridgforth found probable cause to charge Tisdale with terroristic threatening and set his bond at $75,000.

Tisdale and Green were told to come back to court May 7.
