The Pine Bluff Police Department is investigating two coordinated pharmacy burglaries that occurred early Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Both incidents involved suspects using similar methods, including forced entry, disabled or ineffective alarms, and crawling to avoid detection.
First Incident – 2302 W. 28th Ave.
Around 4:12 AM, suspects broke a window to gain entry. Surveillance shows two masked individuals entering shortly after, crawling on the floor. A vial of chemotherapy medication valued at $17,600 was stolen.
Second Incident – 1401 S. State Street:
Responding officers found entry had been made through a side window. Stolen items included Hydrocodone, $3,000 in silver coins, $100 in cash, a pint of Phenergan with codeine, and a black .38 caliber pistol.
We urge local businesses to review and upgrade their security systems due to the targeted and strategic nature of these crimes.
