Today, the doors to the basketball portal swung wide open, and two members of the Golden Lions 24-25 team have entered their names. Christian Moore and Doctor Bradley are both opting to try their luck in the open market, although both could be eligible to return to UAPB.
Moore, a 5’11 guard from Jacksonville, Arkansas, appeared in 29 games this season, averaging 9 points per game, 3.4 rebounds and just over 4 assists. He shot just over 34% from the field. He had transfered in from North Texas.
Bradley will get extensive offers as he was the leading scorer or the Golden Lions. The 6′ 8 Junior from Los Angeles, who was a transfer from New Mexico State, averaged just under 20 points per game and just under 10 rebounds and 4.5 assists, while shooting a blistering 54% from the field. Other UAPB players could follow in the next few weeks.
