As construction continues on the new Watson Chapel High School, Superintendent Dr. Keith McGee told Deltaplex Radio that the project is under budget.
McGee appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show where host Greg Horne asked him if being under budget meant that they were cutting back on some of the things that had been planned for the building.
He also pointed out what people will see when they look at the building.
Construction is expected to be completed in April 2026 with the building opening planned for the fall semester of that year.
