C&L Electric is warning customers of phone scams targeting senior citizen customers.
According to a press release customers have reported receiving calls offering a $30 per month discount and a $200 rebate as a senior citizen discount. The caller then asked for credit card and banking information to apply the credit to.
C&L Electric warns that these calls are not affiliated with them in any way and that customers should never give out credit card or banking information over the phone.
