The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for assistance locating 38-year-old Krystal Phillips. Phillips is about 5′ 4″ tall and weighs around 250 lbs. She is wanted for Terroristic Threatening 1st Degree in connection with an incident that happened on January 22, 2025.
