Common Ground Ministries located just outside of Pine Bluff has opened a warming shelter for anyone that needs shelter during the expected winter storm.
Paul Benarbachian, Director of Common Ground Ministries, tells Deltaplex News that the shelter is open and welcome to anyone in need of assistance.
