A $25,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man accused of threatening another man with a gun Wednesday.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Timothy Clay, 23, with aggravated assault and aggravated residential burglary.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Jason Boykin, Chief Deputy Prosecutor Jill Reed said at 4:36 p.m., police were sent to an apartment on Wisconsin Street in reference to a shooting.
Clay was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court Feb. 10.
