A 19-year-old Little Rock man was killed in the early morning hours Monday when the vehicle he was driving struck a utility pole.
According to a preliminary report, Elmer Tec-Pop was eastbound in the 5100 block of Young Road in a 2014 Dodge when the car hit the pole and he was ejected.
He was taken to a Little Rock hospital where he died.
The accident was reported at 12:13 a.m. and the death was the 507th of 2024 on the state’s highways.
