The City Council at Tull in Grant County has suggested hiring a real estate attorney in its struggle with the attorney for the owner of a mobile home park.

According to the Sheridan Headlight newspaper, the suggestion was made during the September meeting of the council after Mayor Jeff Nalley announced that City Attorney Kristin Riggin had been in discussion with the owner of the property, Aaron Morehart and his attorney.

Riggin reportedly told the mayor that the attorney did not understand the city’s zoning ordinance which has led to continuing delays.

The mobile home park is located in an area that is not zoned for it and so far, efforts to get it to relocate have failed.
