The Southeast Arkansas District Fair and Rodeo is returning to Pine Bluff and Hestand Stadium this week and Dale Dixon, Secretary-Treasurer of the Fair Association told Oldies 1013 Moring Show host Greg Horne that the Cooperative Extension Service has done a great job of assembling exhibits from all 11 counties in the district.
Dixon appeared on the Oldies 1013 Morning Show and talked about the support organizers have received from the community.
