The Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is looking for 31-year-old Terrance Roby. Roby is wanted for Domestic Battery 2nd offense. He is about 5′ 6″ tall, weighs around 190 lbs., and was last known to live on Utah St. in Pine Bluff.
