The City of Pine Bluff and local volunteers will be celebrating Juneteenth this Saturday at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. Festivities will start at 10 a.m. and go until 3 p.m. Free food, music, games and praise dancing will be on the docket during the Celebration of Freedom.
