One of the top events held in the state for high school girls is being shut down early due to unspecified health concerns. The participants scheduled trip to the State Capitol today has been cancelled and parents were told to pick their girls up today. The announcement said that the events are being ended to “prevent further infection”. The conference, put on every year by the American Legion Auxillary, draws in girls from all over the the state to Little Rock.
