The Arkansas Finance and Administration Department reported this week that Arkansas Casinos reported that combined total wins last year exceeded the totals recorded a year earlier, toping nearly $687 million.
Total wins, also known as gross gambling revenue, is the difference between gambling wins and losses before deducting the casino’s costs and expenses.
Southland Casino in West Memphis lead the list with their numbers showing a 13 percent increase and total wins of $330.6 million.
Saracen Casino and Resort at Pine Bluff was second with total wins of $292.8 million, also a 13 percent increase, and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort reporting total wins of $173 million.
