A Pine Bluff woman was arrested Sunday after police responded to a reported disturbance involving neighbors.

Kelly Downs, 59, allegedly pointed a handgun at the neighbors, Deputy Prosecutor Keith Hall said during a court hearing Tuesday.

Reading from an affidavit by Detective Corey Wilfong, Hall explained the allegation against Downs.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $5,000 bond for Downs, who Hall said had no prior convictions or pending charges, after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault.

Downs was ordered to have no contact with the neighbors until the case is settled.
