During a court hearing Thursday, Deputy Prosecutor Mircha King told the court what officers were told when they arrived.

Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $50,000 bond for Smith after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge him with aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Smith was told to come back to court March 11.
