Terry Penister
Pine Bluff Police Department Detective office is asking for assistance locating 55-year-old Terry Penister.
Penister is wanted for several commercial burglaries in Pine Bluff over the past few months and is a parole absconder. He is about 5′ 10″ tall and weighs around 160 lbs. He has previously known addresses on Kenwood Rd and Miramar Dr.
