A $25,000 bond was set Wednesday for a Jefferson County man previously convicted of failure to register or comply with reporting requirements as a registered sex offender.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Dustin London, 31, with failure to comply with registration and reporting requirements.
During the court hearing, White Hall Police Investigator Charles Treadway testified that on March 4, White Hall Police went to a residence in White Hall to check the welfare of a 7-year-old girl and when they arrived, they found the girl and four adults, including London.
London was ordered to have no contact with the people living at the residence and told to come back to court April 9.
