A $10,000 bond was set Friday for a Pine Bluff man who allegedly hit a pregnant woman during an altercation.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Keontae Ragland, 21, with seconds-degree domestic battery.
Reading from an affidavit by Detective Sgt. Corey Wilfong, Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel explained the allegation against Ragland.
Ragland was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court May 16.
